Montana law reguarding threatening to shoot an active working guard dog?

I don’t know of any specific law, but if you know the person who made the threat, I would certainly file a police report. It would be good to have that on record if something happens to the poor dog.

Is it prohibited to do fireworks even on independence day as per the state law of Arizona due to fire hazards?

Can a business sell a service contract for 8 hours prepaid and have that expire in one year In Washington?
