How much does it cost for a divorce in California where lawyers are not needed?

Do you have to be seen in court?
I didn’t have to attend court. I filed through a paralegal (12 years ago) and never saw the judge.
I do believe it depends on the county, its best to contact your local court house and ask if there will be a court date.
Filing fees for California are some [...]

California Lawyers: I won an eviction, now how do I collect?

As a last ditch effort to try to hang onto my home and pay bills, I moved in with a friend and rented out my house. Six months into the year lease, the tenants just stopped paying without explanation. I tried to work with them but they just kept promising with no follow through. [...]

Could he do it on duty just as he could take a prescription pill on duty?
Could (s)he just be smoking joints in the police uniform or would federal law somehow intervene in this matter, although they’re paid by the state?

California lawyers don’t even need high school diploma?

In California, in order to take the bar exam, you only need to be 18 and no degree whatsoever.
Why is California degrading the lawyer profession by not having education requirements like other states?
I heard this from two people. One was a lawyer I met at western law school’s library(Fullerton) and the other one was [...]
