admissiible, no… anything can be admitted… how seriously it is considered might be affectd by witnesses or notarization… for example, if the judge sees you scribbling a note and then you claim it was written last year and try to have it admitted…. dont count on it being given much consideration

Illegal. It is Illegal to smoke or buy for minors. I’m not too sure about possession when someone is underage though. I’m a Georgia resident.
