Currently, I am studying my A-Levels and I want to go into law but I’m not sure if their are universities (anywhere - not just England, I’m willing to travel) that do Human Rights Law or a degree that leads to towards it. Or is there a certain path towards it I can take?

I was sure they did but my teacher, and all my peers said it never happened, or its over now.
I looked it up, but theres nothing that implies that it is over.
