I have a friend that has been stopped twice for a suspended license. It was NOT suspended due to a DUI, but failure to pay fines. What is the punishment if stopped a 3rd time for driving while suspended. This is in the state of Kansas.

Sorry, there are no Kansas statutes, case law or other means to rescind an automobile contract unless you can establish lack of mental capacity or being underage…

Why would law enforcement read a Juvenile his miranda rights if he was not arrested? and was just brought in for questioning and let go.could it of been just a scare tactic and is that legal?
