my husband has joint custody already, does this matter?
She has to be at least 16 and both parents must agree on it.

I want to know if there is a law for towing in louisiana that states that the car in tow must have lights ON (not flashers or er lights) but regular lights breaks, blinkers ect. I need this in black and white or a link that I can read it for a case.

Is it against any State Law (Louisiana especially), or Federal Law to leave children,ages 10 and under, in a car unattended? Examples are Wal-Mart parking lots…
